eurorad once again wins the Gold Seal in the Service Champions category

Service is changing, not least due to digitalization and automation. Now in its thirteenth year, Germany's largest ranking of customer service experiences, "Service Champions," shows which companies are able to inspire with their service despite, or perhaps because of, the new circumstances and opportunities. This year, the Germany-wide quality measurement is based on over 2 million customer reviews, which ServiceValue uses to determine the "Service Champions" from over 5,000 companies and 420 industries. The service experience value for company bicycle leasing is currently 58.3%. The industry winner is www.eurorad.de.

eurorad is once again the 2023 service champion of the daily newspaper DIE WELT

The "Service Champions" survey is conducted in cooperation with the national daily newspaper DIE WELT and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. A total of 2 million reviews were collected and evaluated using a scientifically based ranking system. In this analysis, eurorad took first place among service bicycle leasing providers and also achieved an outstanding 89th place in the overall ranking of all companies.
